UniKey Hardware TroubleShoot Steps

Insert UniKey into your system’s USB PORT

Check if the light on the device is constantly on or not

If the light is constantly on, it means the hardware is working fine.

If the light is flashing, it means the hardware isn’t recognized by the system. Please use another computer and have a try again, if the same problem occurred, please feel free to contact SecuTech Support Center for solving the problem.

Use the UniKey Assist Tool for checking

The UniKey Assist is inside of the UniKey SDK(or UniKey Drive SDK)’s Utilities folder, please open it and insert the UniKey into the system.

Then click the check button and see the testing result.

If the result shows the UniKey is recognized and lists the device’s information, it means the hardware is working fine.

If the result shows No device is attached or listed, it means the UniKey isn’t recognized by the UniKey Assist Tool, please use another computer and have a try again, if the same problem occurred, please feel free to contact SecuTech Support Center for solving the problem.
